1. Acceptance of terms

Pep Essence is a brand operated by Sonoran Consulting LLC (“Pep Essence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Indiana, USA, with its address at 1119 E 52nd Ave, Merrillville, IN 46410. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

2. Using our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the site by, anyone else. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or any connected database;
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the site in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the site, or to refuse service, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products subject to these Terms. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order — this is not acceptance of your offer.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation indicating that your order has shipped. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where a product is out of stock, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, among other methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times, costs, and carrier information are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & refunds

We want you to love your bag. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as personalised or final-sale products, may not be eligible for return where permitted by law. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. To start a return, contact us at care@pepessence.com.

7. Products & descriptions

We take care to show our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and detail can occur between what you see on your screen and the item you receive, and between individual pieces. These natural variations are not defects. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the “Pep Essence” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Essence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, where Sonoran Consulting LLC is established, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you locally.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
